To all Delegates, Exhibitor, Sponsors, Speakers and Poster Presenters:

Due to the escalating health crisis related to COVID-19 and the current recommendations from Public Health Ontario, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 GNAO AGM & Conference.

This was a difficult decision however at this time the priority is the safety of our members, the people in our care and the general public.

Further information on alternate arrangements for the AGM (scheduled for April 24) will be shared with the membership in the coming weeks.

If you registered as a Delegate:

  • Our conference planners will be reaching out to you directly to arrange full refund
  • Hotel arrangements can be cancelled at 905-686-9400. Simply provide your name and confirmation number.
  • Please cancel all other travel arrangements you have made to attend the conference

If you registered as an Exhibitor, Sponsor, Speaker or Poster Presenter:

  • Our conference planners will be reaching out to you directly
